The Nebraska Humane Society provides licensing services for Omaha (includes areas in Douglas County up to three miles outside the Omaha city limits), Sarpy County and Waterloo.

Service Animal, Potentially Dangerous, Dangerous and Mini Pig licenses may not be purchased online.

If your pet has been issued a permanent license tag in the past, you will not receive another tag.
